
TERMS OF SERVICE
Information sharing & confidentiality
Clinical sessions will be treated as confidential, however there are some circumstances in which it may be necessary to share your information with other services or public bodies, with or without your consent, depending on the circumstances. Below is a non-exhaustive list of circumstances under which your personal information may be shared:
For the purposes of managing a risk of harm to yourself or anyone else.
For the purposes of managing safeguarding concerns, (e.g. in relation to children or vulnerable adults).
For purposes of clinical supervision (e.g. the discussion of treatment plans, risk management and reviewing clinical case progression).
Where disclosure is in the public interest and/or where there is a legal duty to provide information (e.g. a court order).
Data protection
Confidential records will be held securely and in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR 2018).
Sessions fees
Session fees will be agreed prior to the commencement of therapy.
The client will be invoiced on a monthly basis, and invoices should be paid within 7 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation:
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at full price.
Either the client or therapist may terminate therapy at any time, and without notice. However, the treating clinician will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, circumstances permitting.
